What are MacKenzie Smiles’ shipping fees? We charge a single flat fee for each shipment, plus an additional smaller fee for each item in the shipment. The total shipping charge will be displayed on the order form, before you submit your order electronically. The default shipping method is standard shipping. However, we have two other shipping methods available.

3 to 9 business days
Alaska, Hawaii: Deliveries may take longer.
APO/FPO: Deliveries may take up to 21 days.

UPS GROUND SHIPPING
$5.99, plus $.99 for each item in the shipment
3 to 5 business days

2nd DAY AIR SHIPPING
$16.99, plus $1.99 for each item in the shipment
2 business days
No weekend delivery; no P.O. boxes or APO/FPO

RETURNS
What do I do if I need to return an order? You may return new items sold and fulfilled by MacKenzie Smiles within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
